Notice Description
The Authority has awarded a framework agreement for the provision of employee benefits including discounts with salary sacrifice schemes. The contract shall commence on 1st January 2025 and shall be for a period of four (4) years. The maximum value permitted by the Authority is PS100,000,000. This figure accounts for use by both the Authority and Customers. Each lot is single supplier only providing Customers the ability to Direct Award to the Supplier on their chosen lot. Customers permitted to use this framework agreement are defined as: All public sector bodies. For a full list of Customers who can access this Agreement please refer to the original tender notice.

Provision of a Voluntary Benefits Website for Employee Discount
Lot 1 is the Provision of a Voluntary Benefits Website for Employee Discounts. The Supplier shall provide an innovative voluntary benefits website which delivers a wide range of offerings for discounted goods and services from both nationally and locally sourced suppliers.
Provision of a Green Car Salary Sacrifice ServiceLot 2 is the Provision of a Green Car Salary Sacrifice Service. The Supplier shall provide the Customer access to fuel efficient and low emission vehicles accessing discounted rates via a web based system, assisting in reducing the environmental impact of business travel and commuting.
Provision of a Cycle to Work Salary Sacrifice ServiceThe provision to enable the Customer's Employees the ability to order a new bicycle, and accessories, via a web based system.
Provision of a Home Technology Salary Deduction ServiceLot 4 is the Provision of a Home Technology Salary Deduction Service. The Supplier shall enable the Customer's Employees the ability to order new home technology, including items that have a positive impact on the environment and help to reduce carbon emissions, via a web based system.
Provision of a Childcare Voucher Salary Sacrifice ServiceThe Supplier shall enable the Customers the ability for existing members of a childcare voucher scheme to order childcare vouchers online, which are deductible under salary sacrifice rules and payable to a registered childcare provider on a monthly basis. This shall be facilitated via a web based system.
Provision of a Health Care Cash Plan SchemeThe Supplier to provide Health cash plans to assist Employees with spreading the cost of healthcare expenses (including, but not limited to optical and dental treatment).
