Catering Services
A mini competition was conducted under the YPO Buildings In Use Framework - Lot 6 Mobile Patrols and Key Holding Services to identify a suitably competent and capable contractor to provided Security Services to the Trust
Options: Contract awarded on 3+1+1 basis
Renewal: Potential that the DPS may be renewed in 10 years from the commencement date.
Cleaning and CaretakingProvision of materials, staff and or infrastructure to carryout cleaning services.
Renewal: Potential that the DPS may be renewed in 10 years from the commencement date.
Security and ReceptionProvision of staff and or infrastructure to provide security services and front of house reception duties.
Renewal: Potential that the DPS may be renewed in 10 years from the commencement date.
CCTV Inc. Remote MonitoringProvision of staff and or infrastructure to provide CCTV for customer monitoring or supplier monitoring either on site or remotely.

Car Parking ManagementProvision of staff and or infrastructure to provide car park management including access control, cash collection and management of vehicles including issuing of penalties and removal of vehicles.
