Notice Description
TfGM are looking to procure a Cloud Video Management System (CMVS) product from an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), to appoint a service provider who is an accredited integrator of the OEM to provide an outsourced CCTV service Note the scope, figures, dates, and contract or framework durations included in this Notice are provisional only, and are subject to funding approvals and governance approvals, and may be subject to change as the requirement developments. TfGM reserves the right to vary or cancel this notice at any point as the project develops. TfGM use the e-tendering portal Pro-Contract to manage high value procurement activity. Details on how to register can be found at https://procontract.due-north.com/register
Planning Information
TfGM are looking to engage with potential suppliers by participating in a Request for Information (RFI) exercise, to provide TfGM with an understanding of the current Cloud based video management services available for TfGM's CCTV estate. This market engagement exercise will be conducted via the ProContract procurement portal. Suppliers can register for free using the following link: https://procontract.due-north.com/Register. Upon registration, the market engagement information (including an RFI and details on how to submit responses) can be found using the following project reference: DN773591. Market engagement responses are required by no later than 4pm on Friday 16th May 2025, via the ProContract portal.
