Notice Description
The framework is to support the NHS and wider public sector organisations with the development, and execution of, their Green Plans by providing a new procurement solution for Estates Decarbonisation and Energy Infrastructure Schemes. The solution would enable an end to end support offering, including specialist independent service provision and an additional totally managed solution option from early feasibility, funding approval, scheme delivery and contract management. The framework will provide 5 Lots: o Strategic Planning Support o Project Planning, Feasibility and Programme/Project Management o Funding Application Support o Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Schemes o Contract Management, reporting and audit services o Total Service Provision/Principal Partner solution.

We invite bidders to participate by reviewing the presentation video and responding with input via a short survey. Please register your interest in participating by emailing to enquiries@noecpc.nhs.uk. Please state ‘Decarbonisation Pre Market Engagement’ in the subject heading. This is not a call for competition and is being conducted without prejudice to any future procurement process. Any feedback received during this pre market engagement will be used for information purposes only. Feedback will not be evaluated or scored, and it will have no bearing on any potential future tender exercise or contract award.
