On Train Communications, Network systems and Customer Wi-Fi
TransPennine Trains Limited seeks to procure the design, development, testing, component supply and support TPT fleet maintainer or manufacturer with on-train installation for connectivity, Onboard Wi-Fi and selected networking and communication systems on its current and a new fleet of trains.
Renewal: Extension option for a further period of five (5) years in increments of one (1) year, in any combination.
Mobile Connectivity for Staff and Connected DevicesTPT provides handheld devices to staff and supports mobile connectivity for various operational systems. The organisation is now seeking a new agreement to cover data, voice, and mobile devices to support staff communications and operational systems.
Renewal: Extension option for a further period of two (2) years in increments of one (1) year, in any combination.
Customer Wi-Fi at StationsTPT currently manages customer Wi-Fi services across 18 train stations and two maintenance depots located in the North of England and Scotland. A new agreement is required to ensure the continued provision and improvement of Wi-Fi services at these locations.
