Rochdale Boroughwide Housing Limited is procuring housing repairs and refurbishment works for its properties. Planning Information

Purpose of this Market Engagement The purpose of this pre-market engagement exercise is to: • Share our initial scope, objectives, and proposed delivery model. • Gather feedback from potential suppliers on service delivery approaches, innovation, and value for money. • Understand market capacity, capability, and appetite for the opportunity. Supplier Engagement Events We will be holding two supplier engagement events: 1) Online Event (Microsoft Teams) on 23rd April 2026. 2) In-Person Event at our Head Office in Rochdale, on 24th April 2026. These events will provide an opportunity to discuss the proposed procurement, delivery expectations, structure of our lots, and supplier feedback.
