For more information see: http://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/info/InfoCentre.aspx?ID=2343 The Contracting Authority does not intend to include a sub-contract clause as part of community benefits (as per Section 25 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) in this contract for the following reason: As this exercise is for a DPS through which many services will be procured, and various levels of spend per individual contract, it is not appropriate to insert a sub-contract clause. The Contracting Authority does not intend to include any community benefit requirements in this contract for the following reason: Community benefits may be asked for if the cumulative value of contracts awarded through the DPS exceeds the level where community benefits will apply, currently this is 4,000,000.00 GBP but this value is subject to change.
