Registers of Scotland (RoS) requires a supplier provide Facilities Management (Hard Services Maintenance) to its estate.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The contract will commence on the 17th June 2022 for an initial 3-year period with an option to extend for two 1-year periods (3+1+1). RoS anticipates a spend in the region of 4.5 million GBP excluding VAT on property maintenance covering Reactive, Life Cycle and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) works during the term off this contract. A large proportion of this is dedicated to an on-going programme of major repair and improvement projects, with an element of minor new works.. RoS shall commence this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be published by RoS and will be made available to bidders on Public Contract Scotland. Tender responses will then be evaluated by RoS in accordance with the ITT. RoS intends to run a single stage open procedure.
