Summary of the contracting process

Highland Council is procuring a housing and property maintenance framework for work commissioned as required across the Inner Moray Firth. The Property Lot (Lot 2) will be put in place to provide a number of suitably competent, qualified and experienced Contractors to repair and maintain the council property estate such as schools, council offices and council owned public buildings for the following trade sub lots: - CS01 - Civils / Drainage CS02 - Fencing & Gates FS01 - General Builder Works FS02 - Joinery FS03 - Painting & Decorating FS04 - Roofing BS01 - Electrical BS02 - Heating BS03 - Plumbing BS04 - Ventilation MS01 - Multi Trades The Framework shall be for a 36 month period, with the option of multiple extensions to be extended by up to 24 months, subject to each lot / sub-lot (where applicable) requirements i.e., each lot / sub lot may be extended independently of each other (each lot / sub lot evaluated and awarded independently), and by mutual agreement.
