Description: DVLA requires a Merchant Acquirer (MA) service to support the secure processing, authorisation, settlement and reporting of credit and debit card transactions across DVLA's online, telephony and automated payment channels. The service must support cardholder-not-present transactions, comply with PCI DSS standards, integrate with DVLA's Payment Gateway, and provide the required management information, reconciliation and chargeback handling. The contract will support DVLA services including Electronic Vehicle Licensing (EVL), personalised registrations, driver licensing, tachograph services and other payment-reliant transactions.
