Award of Contract for a development management partner to develop the Caerphilly Leisure and Wellbeing Hub including design, surveys, fees, project management and delivery, equipment, enabling works and construction.
Options: Variants will be accepted where they demonstrate additional benefit to DLL.
Renewal: The Framework is to be renewed every 4 years subject to any extensions permitted and client DLL demand.
