Notice Information
Notice Title
Building Works Framework
Notice Description
Multi Lot framework to undertake building works and associated services across the MPS estate. The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is considering the procurement of a new building works and associated services framework and is initially seeking to engage with the supply market to gain views from interested suppliers as to the likely lot structure, scope of service and key drivers of a new framework. Suppliers to the construction industry are invited to submit their supply market feedback as to their likely interest and the services that they may wish to offer in response to the MPS's requirements for a new building works framework. The contracting Authority in relation to this notice is the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). Please see the attached Supply Market Feedback Questionnaire.
Planning Information
This Engagement process is split into two stages: 1. This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME), with completion of a Supply Market Feedback Questionnaire to assist the Authority in evolving its thinking and approach to procuring a new building works framework. The questionnaire is available once an interested supplier has registered interest (see process below). 2. The procurement itself, which is subject to a UK4 Request to Participate (Tender Notice). The deadline for your response and submission back to the Authority of the Supply Market Feedback Questionnaire is 08 August 2025 at 17:00 (GMT). The indicative timescales and deadline for participation in the procurement process is detailed in the Supply Market Feedback Questionnaire. To register your interest please access the messaging function in the Coupa Portal via event reference 2177, listing the full name of your organisation who may be interested in suppling further information. Coupa e-tender portal website: https://supplier.coupahost.com/quotes/public_events?customer=metpolice The Authority intends to run the resulting procurement further to this notice as a Competitive Flexible Procedure as described in section 20 of the 2023 Procurement Act. This will be subject to a further UK4 Request to Participate (Tender Notice) published on the GOV.Uk Find a Tender service. General enquires as to this notice can be obtained by contacting the Authority as the following email address: CommercialPropertyEstates-RED@met.police.uk
