Summary of the contracting process

Procurement for Housing Ltd (t/a PfH Scotland) is facilitating the "Print and Digital Communication Solutions Framework", a significant procurement initiative aimed at the social housing sector. The tender is currently at the planning stage and the deadline for bids is set for June 3, 2021, at 12:00 PM. This framework, with an initial duration of three years and a potential one-year extension, is designed to streamline services related to print management, digital solutions, and document management, covering the UKM region. The procurement process uses an open method, inviting wide participation.

This framework presents opportunities for growth, particularly for businesses specialising in print and digital communication services, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and larger firms experienced in total print management solutions. Suppliers engaged in document storage, fulfilment, and mailing services would particularly benefit, as the contract is structured to encompass a diverse range of services and allows for subcontracting, enabling more businesses to participate and collaborate within the supply chain.
