Notice Description
A services contract to provide services for the management, operation, cleaning and maintenance of Sevenoaks Leisure Centre, Edenbridge Leisure Centre and Lullingstone Park Golf Course each owned by the Council for a period of five years (with the option of two additional years).

Lot 1
The Authority sought to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified service provider to provide services for the management, operation, cleaning and maintenance of Sevenoaks Leisure Centre, Edenbridge Leisure Centre and Lullingstone Park Golf Course. Full details of the Service Performance Requirements for each of the service areas was set out in the Services Specification. The services contract was substantially based upon the Sports England Leisure Operating Contract template for an initial period of five (5) years with an option at the Authority's sole discretion to extend for a further period of two (2) years, giving a total possible term of seven (7) years.
