YPO are looking for suppliers to be appointed onto a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the provision of grounds maintenance and associated services. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements and any of YPO's wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies.

General Grounds Maintenance and/or Core Services

This category will cover general grounds maintenance and/or core services

Options: The DPS will cover the period from 2.12.2019 to 1.12.2021 with additional options to extend up to 23 February 2029. The first decision to extend the DPS contract period will be taken by the end of June 2021 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the contract to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum contract term will be 02 December 2019 to 23 February 2029

Renewal: There is a possibility that this DPS will be subject to renewal after 9 years from the commencement date if not earlier

Winter Grounds Maintenance Services

This lot covers winter grounds maintenance services.
