Security Equipment & Associated Services
Notice Description
CPC wishes to establish a framework for the supply of Security Equipment and related services. Any resulting framework from this exercise will be available to Further Education Institutions, Universities, Sixth Forms, Academies, Schools, and other similar organisations who are CPC Members (https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php) and all CPC future members (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/get-information-about-schools). Higher Education Consortia include: - North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (https://www.nwupc.ac.uk/our-members) - Southern Universities Procurement Consortium (http://www.supc.ac.uk/our-members/) - North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (https://www.neupc.ac.uk/join/members) Local Authorities may also wish to use the resulting framework when procuring on behalf of Educational Establishments. The framework will also be available to the Wider Public Sector https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/suppliers/eligible-public-sector-bodies.php).

Lot 1 - CCTV Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Consumables and Consultancy
This lot covers the Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Consumables and Consultancy of CCTV Systems as part of a new package or upgrade to existing works. The stated value of this lot is a genuine pre-estimate of the spend we envisage going through this lot, however, this may vary according to growth in membership, growth in uptake of the framework, changes in market conditions, etc. and accordingly we will only issue a modification if the overall framework published value of the agreement is exceeded.
Renewal: Extensions allowed: Yes (1 x 12 months)
Lot 2 - Car Park Barrier Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Consumables and ConsultancyThis lot includes covers the Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Consumables and Consultancy of Car Park Barrier Systems as part of a new package or upgrade to existing works.
