One Stop Multiple Trades Repair Service (Single Contractor)

Homelessness services have a duty to provide applicants with temporary accommodation that is fit for purpose and meets the stringent standards defined by the Scottish Government. Scottish Borders Council is continuously seeking to improve the standards of temporary accommodation. We are committed to involving service users in the design and delivery of the service. This framework lot will provide a single supplier contact for calling off multiple trades services for the homelessness services for their properties. The successful contractor will be called on to provide a responsive, reactive and planned maintenance service during the life of the framework agreement.
