Notice Title
NOE CPC Specialist Security Services & Nurse Call Systems
Notice Description
The aim of the project is to design a new solution that will replace our current Security Services (NOE.0571) framework agreement (expiry 08/06/2027) and cover an enhanced specialised scope.
Planning Information
NOE CPC is inviting feedback from the market to help inform the development of the new iteration of the framework, with a working title of: Specialist Security Services and Nurse Call Systems Framework. We invite bidders to participate by completing a pre-market engagement survey. Please register your interest in participating by emailing to enquiries@noecpc.nhs.uk. Please state ‘Specialist Security Services and Nurse Call Systems Pre Market Engagement’ in the subject heading. Suppliers are asked to respond to the survey and express their interest by no later than 9th September 2026 at 12noon. NOE CPC intends to hold group engagement sessions with interested suppliers to explore key themes and findings in more detail. Notes will be taken during these sessions. Please indicate at the end of the survey if you would like to attend and participate in a session. This is not a call for competition and is being conducted without prejudice to any future procurement process. Any feedback received during this pre market engagement exercise will be used for information purposes only. Feedback will not be evaluated or scored, and it will have no bearing on any potential future tender exercise or contract award.
