Interested parties are invited to attend an online pre-procurement Project engagement event (via Microsoft Teams) hosted by the Council. The Council is keen to hear from the market on the proposed approach, including on any perceived barriers to participation in the procurements. The Council will not be liable for any costs incurred by those participating in the pre-procurement Project engagement. Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA), the Council may need to disclose and/or publish any information you send in response to the questionnaire. If you are of the opinion that any of the information included in your response is considered commercially sensitive or confidential, please identify it and explain (in broad terms) what harm might result from disclosure and/or publication. Please be aware that, even where you have indicated that information is commercially sensitive or confidential, the Council may be required to disclose and/or publish it. Prospective Service Providers will not be prejudiced by their participation/failure to participate in the pre-procurement Project engagement.
