Ceredigion County Council has awarded a contract for their Microsoft Enterprise Subscription Agreement (ESA) licences to ensure continued compliance and access to Microsoft software, cloud services, and support. This award was made following a tender exercise under Lot 3 (Software) of the Government Commercial Agency's Technology Products & Associated Services 2 Framework (RM6098) Mae Cyngor Sir Ceredigion wedi dyfarnu contract ar gyfer trwyddedau ei Microsoft Enterprise Subscription Agreement (ESA) er mwyn sicrhau cydymffurfiaeth barhaus a mynediad at feddalwedd Microsoft, gwasanaethau cwmwl a chymorth. Renewal: The initial duration of the framework is 30 months, with the option to extend for a further 18 months. CCS reserve the right to extend lots by varying durations
HardwareLot 2 includes the provision of technology hardware and associated services. A framework contract has been awarded to 34 bidders for Lot 2. Additionally, CCS reserved the right to award to any bidder whose final score is within 1% of the last position of the lot.
Renewal: The initial duration of the framework is 30 months, with the option to extend for a further 18 months. CCS reserve the right to extend lots by varying durations
SoftwareLot 3 includes commercial off the shelf software. A framework contract has been awarded to 43 bidders for Lot 3. Additionally, CCS reserved the right to award to any bidder whose final score is within 1% of the last position of the lot.

Information Assured ProductsLot 4 covers the provision of any combination of hardware, software and associated services above Official (Secret and Top Secret) UK Government Security Classifications. A framework contract was awarded to 15 bidders for Lot 4.

Health and Social Care TechnologyLot 5 covers the provision of hardware and software and associated services specifically within the health and social care sector. A framework contract was awarded to 34 bidders for Lot 5.
