Notice Description
An ESPO national multi-lot framework agreement for vehicle charging infrastructure solutions utilised by ultra-low and zero emission vehicles, including supply and installation of electric vehicle charging points (slow/standard/fast/rapid/ultra-fast) and related services. The Framework is divided into 4 lots (with the Award for Lots 1-3 corresponding with the previous UK6 Contract award notice - Notice identifier 2025/S 000-082696 - and listed in that notice as Contract 5-7, whilst the Award for Lot 4 corresponds with the UK6 Contract award notice - Notice identifier 2025/S 000-080335 - and listed in that notice as Contract 4). Lot Information
Purchase of Electric Vehicle Charge Points
Electric vehicle charge point purchase (turnkey solution including equipment supply, installation, back-office equipment from a CPNO, software & maintenance services). For further details, please refer to the procurement/tender documents.
Renewal: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months (under normal circumstances this will either be completed in full or in 12-month periods and is subject to the performance of the framework). The total estimated values captured in this notice include the option to extend the framework as noted above.

Planning Information
The Request for Information associated with this preliminary market engagement will survey Suppliers to determine if there have been any changes to the market, their capacity to meet the framework requirements, any potential risks in the market and feedback on ESPO's proposed procurement strategy. For the purposes of this Preliminary market engagement (PME), please express your interest as follows: (a) Go to https://www.eastmidstenders.org/; (b) Register (if not already registered on ProContract); (c) Search for tender opportunity '636_25' (via "View Opportunities" from the 'EastMidsTenders' Portal); d) Express an interest. Once you have expressed an interest, the RFI documentation can be accessed via the Messages area/section of the eProcurement Portal (ProContract - please access the Activity dashboard for this). In the case of any questions or clarifications relating to this PME, these should be submitted to ESPO by accessing the Messages area/section of the eProcurement Portal (ProContract) once an Expression of interest has been completed. Economic operators should note that this is a Preliminary market engagement exercise (and NOT a competitive tender process at this stage). The participation of an economic operator in this Preliminary market engagement will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and the Contracting Authority/Client. An economic operator's participation, or lack of participation, in this Preliminary market engagement shall not impact the ability of the economic operator to participate in any resulting tender exercise. Economic operators should note that any interest indicated does not constitute a commitment to participate in any future tendering exercise.
