Notice Description
This framework provides a national solution that offers customers a route to market for a complete facilities management service comprising of hard and/or soft FM services depending on each individual customer requirement. The framework is split into the following Lots depending on the annual contract value for each customer contract: * Lot 1 - Annual Customer Contract Value of PS0 - PS999,999 * Lot 2 - Annual Customer Contract Value of PS1,000,000 - PS4,999,999 * Lot 3 - Annual Customer Contract Value of PS5,000,000 and above
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Annual Customer Contract Value of PS0 - PS999,999
This Lot is for the provision of a total facilities management service solution with annual contract values of PS0 - PS999,999. There is no specified limit on the number of years that contracts under this Lot can run for.
Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. Individual values per Lot haven't however been assigned as this will depend on usage of each Lot, with overall usage across all Lots not expected to exceed the overall framework value.
Lot 2 - Annual Customer Contract Value of PS1,000,000 - PS4,999,999This Lot is for the provision of a total facilities management service solution with annual contract values of PS1,000,000 and PS4,999,999.
