Trace, Evaluate and Reinforce (TracER)

The Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS) is a framework designed to increase transparency and access to public procurement data in the public sector. It is widely used by governments and organisations worldwide to report on procurement processes and contracts.

Suppliers are required to sign an NDA as part of the Stage 1 conditions. Suppliers will be assessed against the Conditions of Participation and minimum standards set out in PQQ _784 - https://dft.app.jaggaer.com/go/47878740019F5BAFD5EA. Following the assessment of Stage 1 submissions, only suppliers that successfully satisfy the Conditions of Participation will proceed to Stage 2. During Stage 2, shortlisted suppliers will be invited to submit a tender response. Full procurement documentation, including the specification, quality questions, evaluation methodology and award criteria will be provided. Participation in Stage 2 does not guarantee contract award. Contract award will be made in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out within the Invitation to Tender documentation."
